The main farm has lots of buildings but no garage doors can be opened or closed. You can pass through some of them though… You can enter the lake and walk on the floor with the water disappearing above your head. The graphics’ quality varies a lot between various mods from very good to very rough and there are some performance issues although I am using an i7 with 8GB RAM and 2GB RAM GPU.
