How do I install Farming Simulator mods?

nice truck but absolutely gut-less no power the kenworth k100e got some balls and would love to see a proper 8×4 with twins steer(oo=oo not 8×4 > o==ooo 8x4ish) front axles not the pusher type with a turntable that slides to put more weight forward and better steering stability
