How do I install Farming Simulator mods?

I have a bug with it on no mans land I put oats it but it’s not using the oats but it’s making seeds but take away any oats still shows oats in it but it’s using seed treatment normally I tried uninstall it restall but still shows oats but does show mo treatment maybe something to do with oats I just trying figure out how fix it
