This is a Dodge Charger R / T from 2015 of the US Customs and Border Protection, almost the same as the German customs.
This type of vehicle with the blue design is more likely to be found inland, at the borders you will find the green foiled vehicles. Therefore this Dodge is part of the so-called Homeland Security.
