About mod:

Advanced Damage System (ADS)
Advanced Damage System is a comprehensive overhaul of the standard vehicle damage and maintenance mechanics in Farming Simulator 25. A machine’s reliability now depends directly on how carefully and efficiently you operate it. The harder you push your equipment and the less you care for it, the more often it will fail you.

Forget about “one-click” repairs. Maintenance now requires time, resources, and strategic planning. You will need to monitor wear, schedule service in advance, and manage your fleet effectively to ensure a sudden breakdown doesn’t ruin your harvest season!

Key Features
Complete Replacement of the Vanilla Damage System
Every vehicle is now divided into critical systems: engine, transmission, hydraulics, cooling, fuel, working systems, electrical, and chassis. Chassis wear increases faster when driving at high speeds over rough terrain, and harsh operating conditions lead directly to mechanical failures.

Essential Regular Maintenance
Scheduled servicing is now mandatory. It is the only way to prevent accelerated wear and avoid the massive costs of a total system overhaul.

Dynamic Breakdowns
Dozens of unique failures are tied to specific systems. Each breakdown has its own impact on gameplay and real consequences for your operation.

Reworked Workshop Logic
The workshop menu now includes inspection, repair, maintenance, and overhaul options. Every procedure takes actual time to complete—instant repairs are a thing of the past!

Realistic Thermal Simulation
Engines require proper warm-up time, and they can overheat under heavy loads in hot weather. Ignoring your temperature gauges can lead to catastrophic engine failure.

Battery and Alternator Simulation
Batteries can lose charge and alternators can fail, making engine starts a challenge. Fortunately, you can always “jump-start” one vehicle from another.

Vehicle-Specific Characteristics
Machines differ by brand and age in Reliability (wear rate and breakdown probability) and Maintainability (cost and time of repairs). Premium brands are more reliable, while older machines are mechanically simpler and cheaper to fix.

Pre-Operation Inspection
A true farmer starts the day right! Before heading to the field, vehicles should be inspected and serviced: grease the components, blow out the radiators, and check all essential systems.

Version 0.9.1.2:
* Added compatibility with CVT Addon
* Expanded the in-game adjustment ranges for service interval and vehicle lifespan settings
* Scaled breakdown progression and other time-based mechanics to match custom service intervals and extended vehicle lifespans
* Fixed operating hours synchronization in multiplayer
* Fixed service interval progress calculation during initial vehicle initialization
* Added Polish and Spanish translations
* Minor UI fixes

How do I install Farming Simulator mods?
Find a mod that you like and want to download first. Then, on your PC, download a mod. Mods are typically in.zip format. However, it is sometimes in.rar format. If the mod file is in.zip format, no additional actions are required. If a file is in.rar format, you must unarchive it using software such as WinRar or Zip7. Windows 10 users do not need to use archive software; Win10 includes an unarchive feature.

The next step is to locate the mods folder on your computer. It is typically found in Documents/My Games/Farming Simulator [Your FS game version, e.g. 2022]. Open the "mods" folder and place the downloaded.zip archive or unarchived.rar file there.

The final step. Have fun with Farming Simulator mods!
