– 42 Farmlands (19 farmlands are flat as a pancake, the rest of the farmlands are in a forest area or on rolling hills). Each farmland size varies between 4-12 ha

– Farmland 5: Two constructible plots (farmhouse & garage) that you can build or sell. Note that removing them via the construction menu will incur a cost. Comes with a field

– Three forest areas, two to the north of the canal, and one to the west, south of the canal
– Free to use: Electric forklift located at the farmers market
– Root crop pallets can also be sold at the train export root crops sell point
– Custom soil map for precision farming

– There are 7405 Trees on the map. The tree limit for the map is 14000 trees, so plenty of room if you want to plant more trees
– Collectables: 50 Golden apples to be found throughout the map. Each golden apple found will be hung from the trees in the shop area. Each found golden apple pays out 5000 monies
– There is a train running on the eastern side of the map, which is only for lookie loos. You can sell your products at the train export point for overall better prices
– Buy points: Lime & stone, Seeds & fertiliizer, 3x Water buying points (Water tower, Lake (ramp), & Train export water point), Manure, Liquid manure
– Selling points: Farmers market (takes everything), Animal trader, Debris crusher, Bale selling point, Wood selling point, Manure, Liquid manure, Gas and Biogas Station, Sawmill (production point) can be purchased, but not sold, Cement factory (production point) can be purchased, but not sold, BGA (production point) can be purchased with farmland 40 and sold by selling farmland 40 again.

* Train Export Sellpoints has been completely redone, and the belt system and auger are no longer needed
* The plant menu in-game has been fixed, and US and EU plants have been added
* Some golden apple collectables have been repositioned so they can be picked up. Some of them were unattainable
* Borders between farmlands have been repainted to resemble a more natural landscape
* Sawmill farmland is now available for purchase, separate from the sawmill itself. Deco items cannot be sold or removed
* The blue fertiliser overlay on farmland 1 was visible on the in-game map and has been removed as no fields are on farmland 1

How do I install Farming Simulator mods?
Find a mod that you like and want to download first. Then, on your PC, download a mod. Mods are typically in.zip format. However, it is sometimes in.rar format. If the mod file is in.zip format, no additional actions are required. If a file is in.rar format, you must unarchive it using software such as WinRar or Zip7. Windows 10 users do not need to use archive software; Win10 includes an unarchive feature.
The next step is to locate the mods folder on your computer. It is typically found in Documents/My Games/Farming Simulator [Your FS game version, e.g. 2022]. Open the "mods" folder and place the downloaded.zip archive or unarchived.rar file there.
