Improved Harvester Sounds v 1.1
Improved Harvester Sounds v 1.1
This global script allows to select an alternative sound for most combine harvesters and forage harvesters by configuration when buying them in the shop.
The harvesters for which an alternative sound is available have an additional configuration “Harvester Sound” in the shop. Some harvesters have only one alternative sound, but for some harvesters there are several alternative sounds available, the requested one can then be selected via configuration. If no alternative sound is available, then the configuration option “Harvester Sound” is missing for the corresponding mod.
The configuration option “Standard sound” activates the original Giants sound or the original sound of the mod. All differently named configuration options activate the new sounds of the script.
Sounds for the following brands are available for the combine harvesters:
– Case (Axial-Flow)
– Claas (Lexion, Trion, Dominator)
– Fendt & Massey Ferguson (IDEAL)
– John Deere
– New Holland
– Rostselmash
The following brands are supported for the forage harvesters:
– Claas
– John Deere
– New Holland
– Fendt
– Krone
– New gen. forage harvester (universal)
– Old gen. forage harvester (universal)
Version 1.1:
* Fixed incorrect ejection sound of the Claas Jaguar 980-930

How do I install Farming Simulator mods?
Find a mod that you like and want to download first. Then, on your PC, download a mod. Mods are typically in.zip format. However, it is sometimes in.rar format. If the mod file is in.zip format, no additional actions are required. If a file is in.rar format, you must unarchive it using software such as WinRar or Zip7. Windows 10 users do not need to use archive software; Win10 includes an unarchive feature.
The next step is to locate the mods folder on your computer. It is typically found in Documents/My Games/Farming Simulator [Your FS game version, e.g. 2022]. Open the "mods" folder and place the downloaded.zip archive or unarchived.rar file there.
The final step. Have fun with Farming Simulator mods!
