Farmland Marketplace v 1.0.4.0
Farmland Marketplace v 1.0.4.0
MULTIPLAYER ONLY
This mod only works in multiplayer.
Turn land into real business between farms! Become your server’s estate agent: sell your own farmland to other players or lease it out for recurring rent.
Everything runs fairly through offer and acceptance – the other farm has to actively agree before any money, ownership or usage rights change hands.
– Sale: ownership and the purchase price change farms.
– Lease: the lessee fully works the field (plough, sow, fertilise, harvest) while ownership stays with the lessor. Rent is settled each period automatically.
Fully menu-driven, no hotkeys:
– Menu > Statistics > “Farmland Marketplace”: create offers, accept, decline, withdraw or cancel an active lease – via the buttons in the bottom menu bar.
– On the map, the info box shows a parcel’s lease and offer status the moment you select it.

How do I install Farming Simulator mods?
Find a mod that you like and want to download first. Then, on your PC, download a mod. Mods are typically in.zip format. However, it is sometimes in.rar format. If the mod file is in.zip format, no additional actions are required. If a file is in.rar format, you must unarchive it using software such as WinRar or Zip7. Windows 10 users do not need to use archive software; Win10 includes an unarchive feature.
The next step is to locate the mods folder on your computer. It is typically found in Documents/My Games/Farming Simulator [Your FS game version, e.g. 2022]. Open the "mods" folder and place the downloaded.zip archive or unarchived.rar file there.
The final step. Have fun with Farming Simulator mods!
