Rent out your unused fields to neighbors and earn passive income! This mod allows you to lease your farmland to neighbors and receive monthly payments based on the field value and game difficulty.

How to use:
1. Select a field you own
2. Press the rent button
3. The field will be leased to the AI
4. First payment received the month after renting out the field
5. Subsequent monthly payments are automatic
6. You can terminate at any time, but a penalty applies if terminated before the minimum duration expires (no penalty if terminated before the first payment)
Settings:
Minimum lease duration: 3-24 months (configurable)
Monthly income: 2.0% of field value
Difficulty multiplier: Easy (1.2x), Normal (1.0x), Hard (0.8x)
Rent fields with placeables: Yes/No (default: No)
Auto termination probability: 0-100% (default: 20%)

How do I install Farming Simulator mods?
Find a mod that you like and want to download first. Then, on your PC, download a mod. Mods are typically in.zip format. However, it is sometimes in.rar format. If the mod file is in.zip format, no additional actions are required. If a file is in.rar format, you must unarchive it using software such as WinRar or Zip7. Windows 10 users do not need to use archive software; Win10 includes an unarchive feature.
The next step is to locate the mods folder on your computer. It is typically found in Documents/My Games/Farming Simulator [Your FS game version, e.g. 2022]. Open the "mods" folder and place the downloaded.zip archive or unarchived.rar file there.
