About mod:
This mod add a global bank for your money where you can deposit or withdraw from every savegame.
Version 1.1:
* Added HUD (GUI)
* Save money to file only after save the game (Only singeplayer at the moment)
* Added mouse to manage
* Allow money add / get only after a several time of playing the current mission
* Added text for multiple languages
