About mod:

This mod adds the ability to toggle the workMode while the tool is turned on for vehicles that use the workMode specialization.
The script listens for the allowChangeWhileTurnedOn parameter defined in the workMode section of the vehicle xml.
If allowChangeWhileTurnedOn is set to True (default value), you can now toggle Work Modes while the tool is turned on.
If allowChangeWhileTurnedOn is set to False, the tool will need to be turned off before toggling Work Modes.
